We start with an in-person Connection Session so that you can get a sense of possibilities for working together and ask any questions you may have. Connection sessions are 20-30 minutes in length and complimentary. I'll invite you to share a bit about yourself and the shifts you are seeking to make, and I'll let you know how I envision working with you and your unique experience.
Because of the somatic nature of the space I offer, most (if not all) sessions will take place in-person in NE Portland, Oregon. I offer Connection Sessions online if you are not local at this time, and you are considering traveling to Portland for sessions in the future. I also offer online preparation and integration sessions for psychedelic journey clients who live at a distance. I do not work with people online exclusively.

Embodied shifts happen over time and most clients opt for committing to a series of sessions. Package hours can be used in any combination of 1 hour, 90 minute or 2 hour sessions. Your ideal session length will depend on you and your individual process.

If cost is a prohibiting factor and you're sincere about working together, I may be able to offer a sliding scale rate. Please inquire prior to your first session, or simply bring it up in your consultation.
