Getting Started

We start with an in-person Connection Session so that you can get a sense of possibilities for working together and ask any questions you may have. Connection sessions are 20-30 minutes in length and complimentary. I'll invite you to share a bit about yourself and the shifts you are seeking to make, and I'll let you know how I envision working with you and your unique experience.
Because of the interpersonal and somatic nature of this work, all sessions take place in-person at Somafire Studio in NE Portland, Oregon. I offer Connection Sessions online if you are not local at this time, and you are considering traveling to Portland for sessions in the future. I do not work with people online on an ongoing basis. |
After your Connection Session...
We get started when you're ready! Our first session will build the foundation and I'll get a deeper sense of you, your history and your desires. From there our sessions can become more somatic, experiential and body-based, and individual sessions can include various forms of touch, if desired. |

SESSION COSTS
3 hour package- 495 (165 per hour) 6 hour package- 900 (150 per hour) Single Sessions- 1 hour- 200 90 minutes- 260 2 hours- 340 Psychedelic journey sessions are priced separately. |
Embodied shifts happen over time and I recommend committing to a series of sessions. Package hours can be used in any combination of 1 hour, 90 minute or 2 hour sessions. Your ideal session length will depend on you and your individual process.
If cost is a prohibiting factor and you're sincere about working together, I may be able to offer a sliding scale rate. Please inquire prior to your session, or simply bring it up in your consultation. I accept cash, credit/debit card and Venmo. I do not accept insurance but I DO accept HSA/ Health Savings Account cards. |
