Hello, I’m Cassie, a holistic counselor and somatic practitioner devoted to supporting the full spectrum of your being — body, mind, heart, and spirit.
My work weaves together client-centered counseling, somatic healing, sacred sexuality, and psychedelic integration. I meet each person with curiosity, care, and deep respect for their unique path of healing and becoming. I believe that true transformation happens not just through insight, but through embodiment — when we feel safe enough to listen to our bodies, trust our inner wisdom, and reclaim all parts of ourselves. My own journey with trauma, shame, grief, depression and spiritual growth has shaped the way I hold space: with compassion, depth, and a fierce commitment to wholeness. I’m here not to “fix” you, but to walk beside you as you remember the truth of who you are. When I’m not in session, you’ll often find me basking in forests and rivers, traveling and adventuring, finding reasons to celebrate, or sharing belly laughs with people I love. |

FOUNDATIONS TO MY APPROACH
Somatics
The body and mind are intricately interconnected and interwoven (it's more like a bodymind!) and the body holds information and wisdom not readily accessible in our conscious awareness. That is why you can't think yourself out of trauma, and why some feelings/problems persist after years of talk therapy. By bringing the body into our awareness with intention and care, we can access embedded patterning and create shifts.
Parts Work
Even the seemingly unacceptable parts of us have something to teach us, and are integral pieces of the mosaic of our innate wholeness. I support clients in bringing what's needed to light and holding all parts of their experience with compassion, curiosity and care.
Polyvagal Theory
Polyvagal Theory provides a scientific framework for understanding our nervous systems. It teaches useful tools for how we can regulate our emotions and experience connection and safety. Do you find yourself anxious, activated and stressed? Shut down, immobilized and collapsed? These are states regulated by your Autonomic Nervous System. I help people start to recognize these states in their bodies, and learn skills for bringing themselves back to calm and connection.
Attachment and Inner Child Work
Our early relationships have a profound impact on our ability to form meaningful, secure and intimate connections as adults. Your early experiences of relationships might be showing up in your struggles in current time. I carefully tend to early childhood and attachment wounding and provide space for bringing repair to early attachment needs. When the younger you that didn't get what they needed is tended to, the healthy adult can show up more fully.
Buddhist Psychology
Our patterns of thinking and feeling directly shape how we experience ourselves, our relationships and the world. When we cultivate mindful awareness of these patterns, without identifying with them or judging them, space is created to make shifts. We can engage in meditative and mindfulness-based practices that support our bodies and minds in becoming more present, grounded and compassionate. Recognizing our interconnectivity with all of life allows us to live more fully, meaningfully and authentically.
