Finding my own sense of wholeness through personal somatic healing work, I'm passionate about helping people transform their relationships with their bodies, heal trauma and release shame. It is both a calling and an honor to support people in feeling more pleasure and possibility in their bodies and lives.
I am a certified somatic sex educator and sexological bodyworker, and I also hold a master's degree in counseling. Experiencing the transformative power of working outside the edges of the Western medical model of health, I integrate my experience as a therapist with somatic and holistic healing modalities and touch. I love my work.
I currently serve on the board of the Somatic Sex Educators Association and I am co-editor of Healers on the Edge, the first book about the profession of somatic sex education. I strongly believe that empowered, embodied pleasure is healing not only on an individual level; it is necessary for our collective evolution.
I am excited to support you in moving toward your most vibrant, embodied well-being!
Possibilities for working together
I offer two different kinds of individual sessions at my studio in Portland. Integrative erotic wellness brings focus to your sexual, sensual, intimate and erotic wellness specifically, and can include sexological bodywork for healing, education and pleasure. Somatic trauma care creates space for recovering from relational and developmental trauma and neglect, working with the body to unwind stuck patterns and restore wholeness. Depending on your history and goals, our work together might include both kinds of sessions.
