What do sessions look like?
How sessions unfold will depend on you, your individual process and your desires. Some clients opt for more counseling-oriented sessions, while others tend toward sessions that are more creative, experiential and body-based. Psychedelic work can be integrated separately and concurrently, if desired, to support neuroplasticity, expansiveness and change. Most clients feel best supported by a hybrid of psychological, somatic and psychedelic work.
We start with an intake session where I get a deeper sense of you, your history and desires. From there we collaborate to meet you with experiences and processes that are most supportive to you. I pull from my "medicine basket" of tools, as well as my experience and intuition, to offer you possibilities. I invite your empowered choice and wisdom along the way about what feels right for you.

How long do you usually see people/ how many sessions will it take?
Some people come to me for a series of 3-6 sessions to work through a specific concern or goal, while others see me for ongoing long-term support. The work I do is process-oriented and relationship-based, so I rarely work with people in a single session. I support clients for as long as it feels beneficial to them and many clients have worked with me for years.
Do you offer virtual sessions?
Yes! I now offer sessions online to folks anywhere in the world.
How often should I come for sessions?
Because this work is rooted in safety and trust, I recommend that your first 2-3 sessions be spaced out no more than two weeks from each other. From there we can determine the pace session by session as your process unfolds. I don't have specific time slots for people so scheduling can be flexible and organic.
Do you accept insurance?
I work outside of the medical model of health, which means I do not diagnose and treat mental health disorders or medical conditions. I work with people from a holistic, outside-the-box framework that does not plug in to the standard medical system of care. Thus, I cannot accept insurance, but I DO accept HSA (health savings account) cards.
What is the cost?
Sessions range from 150-200 per hour depending on whether you go session by session or choose a package. Check out my process and pricing page to explore all of the options. I am dedicated to making this work accessible so if those numbers feel daunting, let's talk. I offer a generous sliding scale and/or payment plans to those who need it to make working with me possible.
